Valentine Wats

Valentine Wats specialises in Software Engineering, Digital Product Development & IT Consultancy with over 20 years’ experience in the field.

Valentine is a highly multi skilled Tech Executive who has knowledge & skills suited to IT Project/Program Manager Leadership roles, CTO, Director, and all other technical Executive roles.

Valentine has a Post Graduate Diploma, a Master of Science degree in Information Systems & Technology both acquired from City University London and has a mini-MBA from Harvard University Boston, United States.

Valentine has acquired over 20 years of experience across the software development life cycle, automation, testing and app deployment or promotion to production from dev or test which together is also referred to as DevOps across both a large, corporate, enterprise & start-up background.

In the last 15 years, Valentine has successfully delivered partly or wholly delivered IT Projects & Programs budgets of a combined total cost of about 400 million dollars.

Valentine has been responsible for managing the end to end build/implementing systems with a user base of over 3000 for PwC Australia for example.

Valentine has acquired also over 20 years’ specific business experience cutting across investment & retail banking, utilities, local government, lottery, insurance, financial services, and the hospitality/entertainment sector.

Valentine worked for Citibank International as the Global FX and Money Market Technology Manager (SVP level) in 1999 and has independent consulting services across Europe, the United States, Africa, and Australia since 2000.

Valentine is the Founder of TEMSCONSU, TEMSCORP/TEMS Inc and leads the teams through all stages; pre-sales technical presentations, idea/conception or prototyping, requirements gathering/validation, business case justification, solution architecture design, software development, testing, implementation, product fit and post implementation support.

Warren Talbot

Warren Talbot specialises in IT Network Engineering with over 15 years’ experience in the field.

Warren has a Diploma in Information Technology, is a serial entrepreneur, with experience in the fields of Real Estate, Direct Sales, and Information Technology.

Warren has worked for IBM as a Lenovo Technical Specialist and Harvey Norman as a Customer Service Manager.

For the last 15 years he has been operating a Computer Repair business on the Gold Coast. Dealing with Hardware Repairs and Rebuilds, Software Installations and Configuration, Network Installations and Troubleshooting, Network and Computer Security and Backup.

Warren is also currently CEO of MicroPay Pty Ltd, a micropayment start-up, looking to disrupt the Website content monetisation market by offering secure micro-payments of less than 1 cent and up, through a decentralised network with immediate settlement and a throughput in the millions of transactions per second at very low transaction costs.

Warren has acquired over 15 years’ experience in selling real estate and has focussed all that experience into now selling digital products and services.

Warren assists at TEMSCONSU with brokering, negotiating & closing Information Technology new deals & transactions.

Zach Davis-Hancock

Zach has worked as a political strategist for over a decade at local, state and federal levels of government.

He has extensive experience in stakeholder management, policy development, campaigning and market research and in 2013 Zach won an "American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) Award".

Zach has also provided guidance for foreign investors and foreign clients in attaining work visas and investing in local businesses.

He has a great understanding of running successful social media campaigns and has been employed by both the major and minor parties to provide guidance in this area.

Until 2015, Zach was employed as a Senior Policy Advisor for then Minister for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and Multicultural Affairs, Glen Elmes. Moving into the private sector, Zach has been a consultant for a number of not for profit organisations and corporate clients, specialising in market and 'opposition' research and is the Director of Gravis Insights Australia. At ASA, Zach's research and campaigns experience will help to better target your interactions with and more effectively reach government and stakeholders.

Zach assists TEMSCONSU with brokering, negotiating & closing Information Technology deals & transactions especially across the public sectors.
